Who am I

Hi, I am Kata. Years ago, I lived with constant hip and lower back pain and even thought I might need hip replacement one day. A physiotherapist told me my glutes were weak and if I didn’t change, I could spend life in pain.

I decided to rebuild my body. I studied glute training, pelvic floor health, and safe movement, and became a certified personal trainer for (peri)menopause women. And step by step, I woke up my glutes and got my life back.
