Month 2 - Core Evolution

We are building on what we learnt during the first month. Keep activating, toning, lifting and relaxing our pelvic floor. The postures are getting gradually more challenging, you will feel your whole body working.

We decompress our spine for less back bain and stratch our myofaschial chains for more mobility, flexibilty and less back pain.

You will definintely feel your core being engaged as well.
