Strength video 1 - Backs, pecs, glutes

This is a strength straining video for the backs, pectoralis (chest) and the glutes. We will use weights, which can be dumbbells or even mineral water bottles if you don/t have anything else.

There are contraindications to the Low Pressure Fitness / hypopressive vacuum, including: pregnancy, being less than 6 weeks post vaginal delivery, being less than 12 weeks following a c-section, recent surgery, heart and blood pressure problems, transplant surgery and more. If you experience any symptoms such as feeling faint, shortness of breath, feel nauseous or experience heart palpitations please stop immediately and contact your doctor.

You should understand that participating in any exercise or physical activity carries the possibility of physical injury. You should be in good physical condition and able to perform the techniques and activities shown in the workshops, programs, and classes.

If you engage in said activities, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
